So, whats better having small property with most of the things you need, water ,arable soil, shade, the works, but restricted and near high populations and nuclear plants. Or a lot of property , a ways away from anything and no restriction. In the us, fir now. Any suggestions? Or experience to share?

I live on a heavily wooded acre on a lake 28 miles from a city and 9 miles from a mid-sized town. I have lots of restrictions but they're Common Sense ones as far as I'm concerned and they protect me and my neighbors. I feel I have the best of both worlds. I would have it even better if I was still able to do all the yard work that's needed. I'm gradually acquiring lithium battery garden tools which means I will no longer have to crank up weed wackers and push mowers. I plan on finding the money for a DR battery powered wheeled trimmer soon which should solve my yard care problem. In other words the answer depends on your personal abilities and adaptability.

Just to say the nuclear deal is a game changer
