What does freedom from religion mean to you? How many categories do you think I could select of a not corrupt website?

I think you mean, how do I replace the hope that religion gives. Well you start by thinking about all the emotions we and others experience every day. Look at the bigger picture, if you take all the religions and throw into the mix the atheists and agnostics etc, it gives the illusion of segregated participants, but in the greater scheme of things they are acting as one. These different levels of intellect are needed for an intelligent species to survive. It's the same for our emotional state, in the greater scheme of things they are for our benefit. Knowing this gives me comfort and when you have really thought about it, you too will find the same. Nature only does what is good for the species.

That you you are free from religion (whatever that means). You will be affected by religion, however whether you are a non-believer or not because society doesn’t have an opt out scheme. Laws, religious ethics and people’s beliefs alone will impact upon your life style in some form. Certainly Christianity is a big driver in the USA if this site is anything to go by. Judaism will get you in Israel and many societies in the West and Islam has got most based covered in Middle East and North Africa. And don’t even think about not being affected in India!

All I know is that one day I discovered that "the scales had fallen off my mind" and I could think clearly just as Paul said in the NT that he could see clearly when the scales fell off his eyes. I was no longer trapped by the writings of a man who wrote most of the NT, could not tell whether he was in or out of his body, and had never even met Jesus. I finally had freedom from religion.

It means nothing to me. Its like saying freedom from penis or brown eyes. I have no idea what it is like to have a faith.

@seekingtruth eh? Wtf do you think that

I don’t understand the second question you pose. The first means a completely secular set of principles in any aspect or spheres of life.

I'm choosing not to respond anymore. Not because of disrespect.
