A sensible comment on the attacks

It sounds like Bush and Blair’s WMD tactic in Iraq. Totally wrong intel to bolster internal popularity and elicit Nationalistic fervour.

Trouble is I don’t think we have learnt that one yet.

Corrupt politicians believe in the lies and fraudulent rationalizations of the military-industrial-congressional-corporate syndicate. That allows brutal, unjustifiable wars without conscience.

The military industrial beast must be fed.

What TT said and with this bunch of Republicans distraction is a motive. Reagan did that with Grenada after the condemnation he received for not retaliating for the killing of the Marines in Lebanon.

The Republicans seem to want to involve us only in wars that will directly affect big oil or other large corporate interest....if it were just about freedoms or protecting our nation, then some of the past actions would not have been done , like threatening to draw troops out of Syria and getting out of Nato...

I think all politicians pretty much justify war for whatever reason they want and give some bullshit excuse or wonderful platitude like "freedom", "stop dictators", "support our allies"...it is all bullshit for power and money.
