Going to make a commitment to myself to chat you guys up some. I may or may not be alone in that my only friend/acquaintances are at work. To my detriment, the biggest reason is I don’t like my own little personal world to be knocked out of wack in any way. That said I’m a blue, atheist and think Trump and company should see the gallows. Living in NWFL and working in Mobile, Al can be of hindrance to finding people who think alike. Yes, I know there are a few, but I guess I haven’t been able to strike up a true conversation on here yet, This App being quite slow might be one of the reasons. So hope to talk soon.

You would be surprised how many people there are there but they are afraid or vary of “coming out “.

That is very true, I have never hid, but tend not to, for lack of a better work flaunt it. It’s hard to pull them out of woodwork.

@PeteEwy it is. People are afraid of being ostracised and of those nutters with guns.

We do see a fair number of folks lamenting being atheist/agnostic or liberal in the Bible Belt.

It is own special little place.
