When are we, as a species, going to grow up and shed the need for mystical answers to the questions in life? I can no longer fathom the need for fairy tales and comforting lies over straight truth. At some point, we are going to have to grow up, or we are going to doom the entirety of humanity. Yeah, I seem to have to developed into an anti-theist. It only seems like the next logical step. Am I wrong?

We are borne, we live then we die. That is all there is.

If you're Matt Damon, you're Bourne, you live and you die...

There does seem to be a need for mysticism in some people. I know seemingly rational people who give money to fortune tellers and mediums.

The ignorant will always exist, and because of that, additional crops of unscrupulous humans ready to exploit them.

My hope is the spread of ‘this,’ the internet. With a de facto ‘world language’ of English, and places like ‘this,’ anyone with a link may find something more closely resembling the truth.
