Yes, me too, Sassygirl. I worked on the public transportation probl;em in upstate NY. It is like a can of worms. Poor people cannot get to work, to services withoout public transportation because everything is so far apart. We are rural and need the Mexican and jamaican guest workers to tend the apple orchards and the dairy farms.The farmers know the problem. Some contract with bus companies during the growing and harvest season, but that cuts into their profit.
Allowing guest workers to drive legally is the correct solution.

I wish all 49 states would follow NY's humanity!!!
