I love listening to The Thinking Atheist and to The Atheist Experience. This morning I am listening to Seth Andrews interviewing Matt Dillahunty on The Thinking Atheist from 2013. LOVE IT!!!

His book deconverted is the only athiest book I've ever read all the way thru, his writing is great as well as his YouTube content, especially the lil animated shorts

I like Seth's content; but, his voice grinds my nerves to the point where I can't listen to him.

Please don't pile on about how wonderful Seth's voice is - I get it, I understand how his voice sounds dreamy to a lot of people. It's just that, for some reason beyond my understanding, I cannot take it. Another fun fact: ASMR drives me completely insane.

Yeah, I'm a big fan of Seth. He has a lot of empathy and compassion that sets him apart from so many others.

He is a top notch story teller, one of my favorites is how Christianity made him talk like an idiot

@misstuffy that was one of the first I heard. I think my first introduction was his talk on the Satanic Panic, then his God of Cancer one

Where can I find it?

The Thinking Atheist is a podcast and the Atheist Experience is a show, both are excellent

American Atheists have been filming in Texas since 1982....from analog to digital without a break in Dallas and Austin cable and online

I've watched Atheist experience for years. Tracy was my favorite host on that show with Matt coming in a close second.

I'm a fan of both as well. I met Matt at the Atheist Convention. Much taller than I imagined.

My two favorite shows.

I love listening and watching all of those. I'm always amazed at the stupidity of those who claim to have new evidence that proves their point of view entirely.

What never fails to make me laugh is how superficial and common the bad arguments are. And yet every time a new person calls in, they seem to think they discovered some argument no one has ever heard before.

They have changed some over the years, though. I remember years ago when callers would say, "Have you ever read John 3:16"? ...as if that would be the end of it. (They used to get dozens of calls about how great the human eye is designed by god as well. I can't remember the last time someone called in with that one, so we must be making progress with debunking some of the bad arguments.)

I still have trouble understanding how people sometimes still call in and say "look at the trees", though.

@greyeyed123 "The trees" is a good one. That's what the door to door Baptists have often told me.
