@happyhiker1 The only chance would be to ‘the east side’ (of the Cascades), I’m convinced of the pending devastation from a now due subduction zone quake.. It’s the main reason I left. I looked into Baker City, but with it’s short growing season, serious isolation, and ‘cowboy mentality,’ I looked further. Much further ~
