So, if you don't believe it was a racist statement, I have a little challenge for YOU!
When you go to work, go up to the first black or brown person that you see and say, "Go back to your crime infested country!"
Then, tell me what HR has to say about it.

@CarolinaGirl60 Its why my health is crap. And between the VA and Social Security payouts, its costed the taxpayers much more than I made in my lifetime. How smart is that?

By US Labor Law, that statement is considered illegal and subject to penalty and or dismissal. You can be reprimanded or even fired for sayingbtjis to a fellow employee.
