Horse shit . . . . You think that the US media lies less? They lie all the time, mostly by omission, and if you do not read foreign news, you may as well be a sheep. When did you hear about this in the US media?

Obama admitting his role in the US-supported coup in Ukraine, a war crime. (First video link below).
Victoria Nuland, Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs at the United States Department of State, admits in the second video that the USA supported the Ukrainian coup with 5 billion dollars. Note the Chevron symbol in the background of the video. John McCain (Senator Lovewar himself) and Victoria Nuland were in Ukraine in December 2013 amid the mass anti-government protests. (The third video is of John McCain in Ukraine addressing protesters.) During the visit, McCain met with Ukrainian opposition leaders in the country’s capital of Kiev, voicing his support for the protests, adding that he saw Ukraine’s future with Europe.
Biden's youngest son, Hunter Biden was hired to the board of Burisma Holdings, Ukraine’s largest private gas producer.
The proxy Ukraine war is all about energy. The Eastern part of Ukraine is the major oil and gas producing region of Ukraine accounting for approximately 90 per cent of Ukrainian production and according to EIA (The American Energy Information Administration) may have 42 tcf (trillion cubic feet) of shale gas resources technically recoverable from 197 tcf of risked shale gas in place.
George Soros is heavily invested in Ukraine . . . . to the tune of about one billion dollars.
It is no secret that the US was funding anti-government NGO's in Russia either, and Putin put an end to them for a reason.
Obama admits the US-sponsored coup:

Victoria Nuland . . . 5 Billion recently, with Chevron symbol behind her
John McCain in Ukraine addressing protesters
Well, well, well . . . . . and they blame Russia for Crimea, when it was their coup that started it all? And Russia is the "aggressor"? [ecowatch.com]

But, oh, yea, the US media is squeeky clean, they never lie . . . .

Ever see that in the mainstream media? Fuck no!

Russian influence . . . quite ironic . . .

Opps, were the fuck is Russia?

From Der Spiegel, November 26, 2009 :
NATO's Eastward Expansion: Did the West Break Its Promise to Moscow?
What the US secretary of state said on Feb. 9, 1990 in the magnificent St. Catherine's Hall at the Kremlin is beyond dispute. There would be, in Baker's words, "no extension of NATO's jurisdiction for forces of NATO one inch to the east," provided the Soviets agreed to the NATO membership of a unified Germany. Moscow would think about it, Gorbachev said, but added: "any extension of the zone of NATO is unacceptable."
[spiegel.de]

Opps, never saw that before!

Syria
[ecowatch.com]
They tried to sell this shit before when they said Assad had used chemical weapons, and, most notably, they never have provided any evidence . . . . they lie, lie, lie, deny, deny, deny, and never provide even a sliver of proof. This is a link to the UN's report on the use of chemical weapons in Syria. I would challenge anyone to find the place in the report that concludes that it was Assad who used the chemical weapons. The truth is, that while the UN concludes that chemical weapons were used, there is nothing whatsoever that states that it was Assad who used them.
[un.org]
So while these assholes were pointing their finger at Assad, and notably, PROVIDING NO FUCKING PROOF WHATSOEVER, it is clear that they are surprise, surprise, supporting terrorists, and lying again . . . .

How much more do you need? The US media lies constantly, and if you only listen to them, you are like the christian who reads only the bible, then thinks he owns the keys to the kingdom . . . .

I watch R/T sometimes, never really expected them to be impartial. Ofcom basically ran FOX news out of England who I watch even less and have lower expectations. Al Jazeera has been a pleasant surprise, they really seem to have some journalistic integrity.

Al Jazeera was created using ex "old school" BBC staff. I have it bookmarked as a favourite and have been a fan for at least ten years. I even used to stream it live from my magazine web site.

@Petter I didn't give them a chance for too long, put off by the name but I'm not a bit surprised at their roots.

@Buttercup They have had more journalists detained and physically harmed than any other broadcaster. They are especially hated by the autocratic Arab states, including Egypt, because they even report even handedly on Israel and expose Arab skulduggery, such as when they exposed the assassination of Jamal Kashogi in the Saudi Embassy in Turkey.

I thought all mainstream media did that.

RT makes Fox news seem absolutely balanced and even-handed!!!

@Petter I wasn't aware of that. I watch it from time to time but haven't looked at FOX in years. I must watch it more analytically next time.

I heard that on the news earlier...they always maintain that they are impartial, as if that was ever believable! 😂
