The other thing about the 2year old faith healer is just too asinine to comment on!

I prefer to believe it as simple. A believer should not be a seeker after truth. Many very intelligent people believe in God. As an agnostic, I used to go to church with my wife, because she had been raised Christian and had a simple faith; never questioning the church's teachings. I, on the other hand, purchased several books about religion.

The reason that some intelligent people believe in gods is that they compartmentalize their brains. They exercise reason and logic at work and at school, but on Sunday mornings they set aside their intelligence, turn off their thinking, and listen to their preacher in blind faith. If they applied their scientific thinking to religion, they would discover that it is a sham based on a myth.
Even a televangelist can say something true sometimes! LOL
