I came across an interesting concept on facebook.
Subject young men wishing to buy a gun to the same treatment that is given to young women wishing to have an abortion. Mandatory 48 hour waiting period, parental permission, have to watch a video about gun violence, hardly any gun shops, picketing crowds, etc.
