Probably the only reason he got arrested in the first place - Montana - was due to parental pressure. Arrest, convict, fine and etc, on his record, and sue. The trumpsterfire said something about red flag laws..... If enacted as they should be if brought out, this ahole would be denied a gun.

@Beowulfsfriend Unlikely under Trumpty dumpties idea of a red flag it would probably be the kid arrested for damage to a public pavement and wearing a red hat without MAGA written on it.

@Beowulfsfriend this guy has a history of domestic violence and mental illness. He is on 10yrs probation for pulling a gun & threatening to kill family members. A friend talked him out of it. That was 2011. There was no conversation between he & the boy, per witnesses. He just snatched the kid up by the neck & body slammed him. Fractured skull, bleeding from ears & seizing. Life flight kid to nearest hospital where he had temporal bleeding for 6 hours.

Dude arrested & judge released him on his own recognizance.

@Geoffrey51 "released on your own recognizance (ROR), means the judge released this person w/out requiring bail or surety bond to guarantee he appears for court. Judge allowed this man free, this mentally ill & dangerous person, on this man's pledge to appear at all future court dates AND not to engage in illegal activity while out on ROR.
