Click on the pyramid image. That's the exact words they use for the second lowest/worst form of debate.
A misquote although the sentiment is close. It refers to those who are slighted because they can’t argue against Socrates’ logic in his quest to find someone smarter as written in Plato’s ‘Apologies’
