It's still $9000 AUS - higher than before Sep 2017, I think. It was only the media hype from about Nov 2017 that pushed its price into a bubble. The bubble, of course, burst - dropping the price back down to the same level it was before the hype.

No, I don't have bitcoin or any of the other digital currencies.

It's still too early to determine if these digital currencies will become mainstream.

But the technology behind them looks to be more important in regards to decentralising all information - making the corruption of the information to be more difficult.
