They had feathers, not hair.

@ProudMerrie Hard not to know when you're covered by them. The colors were likely used for mate selection as birds are now.

@ProudMerrie some dinos had feather like coverings. They have been seen under magnification on some fossils. Possibly some were warm blooded. And more bird like.
