Vampires, like the Easter bunny, don't exist.

Skepticism is skepticism, whether we're talking about God, vampires, aliens, Sasquatch, or healing crystals, to name just a few. I don't feel justified in believing much of anything without evidence.

Did the cavemen have issues with vampires or werewolves? No - they dealt with the real things. Interesting these mythical creatures have only recently popped up in human culture.

Anyone believing in such things have too much time on their hands, and likely suffer from illusions of grandeur. My $0.02.
