Probably probation and then Jebus will also forgive him. My religious friend took a ballbat to car windshields years ago over a church dispute but in the end Jebus forgave him. I'm not sure he told anyone who had broken their car windshields and therefore he escaped paying a deductible for his crime. The deductibles will add up but Jebus took care of my friends guilt.
In this current case with underage girls the pastor can say at least it was an all natural sin. It was not like tobacco or anything.
