If one so chooses to send their kid to such a place, I'm sure they have a clause in their contracts. One of my first teaching jobs was at a Catholic school and they had (pre internet) moral clauses. We had one case sent to the Student Assistant Program about a drunken party. SAP was not a punishment in ANY way and our committee decided that one big party did not constitute a need for worry of excessive use, etc. The principal, a priest, didn't like that as we took no action. He used the moral clause and punished all the students. Of course all the names had been gathered by word of mouth (police had raided but wouldn't give out the info). Parents were pissed but, being a priest, none said a word.
