Ah, you require your house of representitives to impeach him, then the senate to try him. If he is found guilty (unlikely), then the law enforcement can arrest him and put him on trial. Yay I covered this in American politics last week! hahaha
In all honesty, there are bugger all refueling stations in Scotland for big military aircraft at the moment. Preswick doesn't do much nowadays anyway!
Besides, his Aberdeenshire golf course is only about 15 mins drive from the airport now and the Balmedie Chipper (Fish and Chip shop) could do with the trade.
