I'm not against advertisements if a company has a useful product to sell. However, I dislike adds popping in Youtube and other websites, unsolicited emails containing adds. I think that there could be a website that all vendors sign up to and pay a subscription fee to advertise their products and at the same time there could be hefty penalitites for those who send unsolicited advertisements vai email or webpages. A site that is for advertisements only so people can make a choice as to whether or not to visit it.
