With garlic mashed, lumpy potatoes and fried corn with onions and serrano peppers... Sweet and spicy... The meatloaf always comes out moist and firm... He mixes the "loaf" ingredients first, then adds the ground beef...

You need the right ingredients 
Looks good but I don't like lumpy potatoes. It took me this long to learn how to make them mashed and so very smooth.

Looks great. In my native land we don't have much tradition of meat loaves. We tend to cook in a different way. However, I do appreciate when someone shares something made in a different way. Fair play to you.

My god, one of the things that I find the most absurd of all social media nonsense is the picture of someone’s dinner!
However, the sound of it, the garlic mash, onions, I love it. And I don’t eat meat!
I never thought I would ever appreciate a dinner pic!
