Good grief, it’s even more verbose & misleading than anything he’s written to date. I’m guessing he would use a clause like that to reverse or nullify decisions by the judicial branch. I dunno either. The person posting it is a right wing wing nut, but he is looking at CPS practices, & is upset with legal system. But if Trump is interested,that means he might need the votes, or benefits from hogtying the courts. Just an opinion
