May help in the short term, but in the end the plastics will still degrade and end up as micro pollutants, I would have thought.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. I don't think plastic roads sound very environmentally safe. Like there has to be a catch in that idea.

How does that impact the environment, I wonder.

Disposes of plastic waste the is choking sea life and land , roads keep it out of the climate

Now we need to clean up the oceans and use it for roads. What do we do about the threat of micro plastics?

Some kind of microsieve

Sure seems like a good idea. We probably can't have it here because it threatens some part of the petroleum industry or other group with powerful lobbies.
