Summer of 2019 for me:
My summer really didn't start until late July when I took my son 12,to Massachussetts whale watching. We also watched 4 movies (Highlight being "BookSmart" @ theatre ner Boston Common)
Then took my older son 15, to Slipknot concert @ DTE Center near Detroit.
I Finally saw Alice Cooper also. In a little town, Wabash, in the middle of Indiana.
My band played the town festival. Fun night. My friend from Tennessee visited that weekend. What a hoot.
I saw "Blinded by the Light", "Yesterday" in the theatre.
Not much for outdoor activity. Only went swimming about 4 times, never made it to Lake Michigan, although we went in the ocean. Did not go camping.
That was about it. Been working non stop all of September.

@KittensandSage You have my sympathy. I have an ex-brother in Dallas who has been bitten by the Fundamentalist Bug. It's a Nasty syndrome.

I also have a nephew in San Diego btw. Definitely my preference
@twill shoes off, boots on! Going to store for soda before my Halloween movie
