The ultimate threat to humanity is not pollution. The ultimate threat is our daily inhumanity and stupidity that mis-prioritizes things in life. The end of the world has been predicted by scientists 7 times... yes 7 times in the last 50 years. All said it was fully supported by scientists. Al Gore said the world would freeze by 2014.

There is science, there is weird science and there is junk science. I can't find anything where Al Core predicted the world would freeze. He did self quote the arctic seas during the summer would sometimes melt completely. There is no environmental eternal threat. We all can use better air and water. That is true but there is no threat. Every two years there is an outcry of a calamity coming. It has not come and will not come.

Your justify you are right, religious justify they are right, Trump supporters justify they are right. You call them wrong, they call you nuts. You can justify and say you are right all day, science is perfect and Greta is doing a good job but know many people in the world disagree with the science, and Greta as the messenger. It was a bad show.

It is sad that Greta and her puppeteers could not learn anything from another 16 years old who spoke eloquently, respectfully with poise to a loud applause in the general UN body (not at a side summit). Her name was Malala Yousufzai who spoke on her 16th birthday but she did not blatantly demonstrate immaturity, overnight fame (notoriety) as Greta did.

To determine who is right, we need a hindsight from the future. We do not have that now. Right now, we only have opinions.

There are many other issues that have higher urgencies for our lifetime and even for the next 3 days, 10 days, month, year and decade. Climate change is not one of them. The world will continue, the wind will blow, we will breathe, we will have water and we ill manage well.

Too much panic and urgency has been spread about climate change in the last 50 years and we have found out none of the urgencies was true.
