I really am disgusted with the Christians and this line of reasoning. Their forcing their rules on others who do not think like them is no damn different than Sharia Law in the Muslim faith.
When I ask a Christian how is what they are trying to do any different they have no answer.

I’d say that was a constructive step! Being the cynic, the fatal flaw in the argument seems to be that the entertainment industry, which influences and informs mass communication and popular culture does not give one jot about your preferences, they just want your money.
If the Bible could command as much attention as DC and Marvel they would have a stunning franchise. Enough characters and nutty plot lines, but they don’t. Perhaps market forces say “stay away from religion”.
The studios would have done their research and Biblical Tales Of Wonder and Awe are clearly not up there.
If it sells, who cares if it’s Christian, secular or Jedi!
