I am a little confused about how some who call themselves atheists are what I would call agnostics. To me an atheist is one who does not believe that there is a god, while an agnostic is one who claims not to know. An atheist has come to a conclusion, an agnostic feels that it is impossible for them to do so. Why call yourself an atheist if you do not feel that the existence of god is impossible?

Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.In science, placing the burden of evidentiary support upon the positive, the default is doubt not belief. Thus barring at least some grounds for suspicion of the existence of God, so called agnostics are actually just timid atheists.

To show the world that I'm not delusional . I know science is fact and there is nothing after death. I don't want waste my time any more in guessing what "god" wants.

I didn't expect to find so much anger here. I have been agnostic for many years. For the reason that I haven't met with or been able to come up with, an absolute proof of the non-existence of god. But I really feel no animosity towards those who are religious. Of those I know, some of them are good people and some of them not so good, in just about the same proportion as those who are not religious.
Your definition is confusing. Theism is a belief in god/s. Atheism is lack of belief in god/s. It is not a conclusion that there is no god/s.

Try the dictionary definition Atheist "One who denies the existence of God, or of a supreme intelligent being". Sounds like a conclusion to me.
@RMNODDING The dictionaries I read say something different, and more accurate:
"a person who disbelieves or lacks belief in the existence of God or gods."
" a person who does not believe in the existence of a god or any gods"
Again, not believing in something is not a conclusion of certainty.
