One can understand how and why political figures in Russia and North Korea would show unswerving support for their “dear leader”, and how they could easily axct to condemn, disparage, and damage others who might speak the truth about that leader. Their very lives are at stake.

But, this is America. Most national level Republican politicians are showing such unquestioning loyalty to Donald Trump, in spite of his more and more evident crimes, unconstitutional actions, and acts of immorality and treachery.. They are actively seeking to damage and disparage courageous true patriots who dare to speak the truth about Trump’s actual misdeeds.

Why? Those Republicans’ lives are not at risk. The only things at risk are the possible loss of personal political office and/or power. Simply put, these immoral and unpatriotic cowards are acting solely on personal interests, not those of our nation, democracy, and people. Their behavior is to be condemned. They have proven themselves to be unworthy of public office.
