After many years of working a variety of shifts, it doesn't affect me very much any more. 5 years ago I was working 12 hour night shifts, and have a huge variety of other shifts. My almost 3 year old granddaughter was with me on Sunday, she was a little off of her usually sunny but challenging disposition. I am thinking the change has affected her. Apparently she had a major meltdown mid morning. And it is weird now that it is almost daylight, so no more starting the drive to work in the dark, at least for a while.

Hahaha! ...and in Alaska in June - you pause from working in the garden to realize it is 10:30 PM and you have not made supper yet ...or later you wake up at 2:30 AM and it is still light enough outside to read a book !
