So, unless you know better than Fry himself, I will stick to what he claimed he was.

@ToolGuy In that case, he either cannot make up his mind, or he changes it to fit the narrative that best suits his circumstances. I find it odd why, given his atheistic stance, why he has ever bothered to mention it in the first place. It's not uknown in 'famous' people.
Frankly, I gave u reading his autobiography, after his second book. because, he cam across as too precious, self-pitying and something of a whiner.

There isn't anything going on at a sub-conscious level; I've been given large amounts of training in unconscious bias, amd every -ism under the sun, so your pondering upon what you think may be going on hasn't any sub-conscious basis, amy more than your comment suggests anything other than what it purports to be.

Some of his explorations are way beyond understanding. Obscure, and clear, references, so mixed that they require side research to even have a clue. yet.... i have listened to many hours of him speaking during the past 3 years. And am amazed at every hearing.
