We were told we could pick the pins up in the Hospital Atrium... however office staff (we're across the street) can't wear jeans into the hospital, and since I didn't know about it until after 8 this morning, I was in my normal office attire - jeans. So it was delivered to my desk 
I didn't get no hug though... One of my kids texted me that I was her favorite vet. I'm willing to bet she told her dad the same thing, but maybe not...
