Absolutely. Humanism’s focus on the individual allows for self-centered attention and, if undertaken in a spirit of self examination and improvement can help to alleviate any existential angst associated with that introspection

Agnosticism is able to consider all options in life without an internal commitment to any doctrine or dogma religious, political or social.

The two fo not interfere with each other
