Having worked with all kinds in one capacity or another, for most of my life, I have no doubt that they do.

Not as we know feelings.

They do form bonds which we view as feelings. Their bonds can cross species.

Humans anthropomorphize human traits to animals as it is easier for us to understand what they are feeling/thinking

Many, higher evolved beings are sentient and have complex sensory systems. It has been shown that the Orca whales in my area have a very highly developed social structure and the image of the mother carrying her dead calf around for many days attest to their feelings.

. . . to some extent, yes. I'm guessing likely based (evolutionarily) based on brain capacity.
