I don't know about read, but understood cover to cover yes.

I am among those who read it cover to cover. But I didn't fully understand it until I did some thorough research on some of the prophets and discovered that their predictions did not always match up with actual history. They were false prophets. I also found many contradictions. Having done my research, I became atheist. I chose reality over mythology.
