Despite having been in the military, I have never been a gun owner and don't understand this almost insane desire own all things 'guns'. Because of that, I've never really paid attention to anything gun related, including gun laws. I always voted in favor of any gun control measures that were on my ballot as I didn't understand the need to have anything more than a revolver, lever or bolt action long rifle or pump shotgun. No regular citizen has absolutely any need for a weapon of war.

I was hoping to run across a counter-marcher in todays march. I really wanted to ask them why they were advocating in favor of wholesale slaughter of their own, and others, children in a location which is considered safe (from everything but peer pressures and juvenile bullying, which we are working on). No one available to counter-counter-heckle. Le sigh.

That pisses me off
