I do the same thing at hotels, if I see them in my room. But the one's in the dr. clinics I just leave cause it's not my home.

Never had time to to put in markers for where is contradicts itself but have dog eared a few pages and written on them read this first (mainly the pages about not being judgmental and speaking lies)
