I’m having the same issues. People are commenting that the file size has to be reduced. I don’t know what the size limit is though.

I don't understand why a simple question like this has to generate unkind, sarcastic, and just simply juvenile responses. Someone has a question... if you can't answer it then why not just direct them to where they can find the answer. Others, like me, can also get the answer without having to read dick-ish answers.
