at least 14 police cars, over thirty armed to the teeth police men, a dog all for a speeder?
He was not even going that fast, the film was clearly running at double speed as can be seen by the way the police men are walking and how the traffic is moving and then the police action closes down an entire highway for goodness knows how long.
I've seen chases like this on English cop programs dealt with by one cop in a cruiser, no dog, no gun and no real disruption to anyone.

I think the real crime here was that a black man was driving an expensive car, that obviously calls for an entire precinct to go on to war footing.
