AMERICA’S CRISIS – DEATH OF LOGIC & OBJECTIVITY

The most dire challenge that America faces is not financial, geopolitical or environmental. It is the crisis arising from the death of logic and objectivity.

[worldaffairs.blog]

We like simple solutions. And that creates complex problems

Whether it’s politics, economy, healthcare, social issues or foreign policy, Americans are extremely divided on what to do, even though they agree that the system is broken.

{We all need to strive for deeper understanding of issues, have substantive discussions and debates that go beyond talking points and slogans, be less attached to ideology or political parties, watch more documentaries and less TV, read more independent media and less corporate media, and raise our own consciousness to a higher level.}

Are you tired of arguing and empty debate with no substance. Don't argue with ignorant people. They'll only drag you down to their level and beat you with experience. We can help you with that at "Out Of The Illusion " Group

We can help start your new year out with those alternative independent news sources. Break free of the perception management of the main stream media and the delusional reality it uses to condition the population with.

Feel free to visit our welcoming page (below) to get a feel for our group. Please leave all useless establishment rhetoric and tribal politics behind you as you step into our realm of a more fact based intellectual experience of the world in politics.

Unless you buy-into Trump's "fake news" and "enemy of the state", MSM isn't wrong (I concede some bias in all media) -- especially when multiple sources have the same facts. I look for good journalism and advocate for installing this browser addon : [newsguardtech.com]

Yea, I'm weary of a company that has certain types of people as owners/founders. L. Gordon Crovitz has a long history of corporate relationships along with being a major part of The Wall Street Journal. [en.wikipedia.org] Along with various other questionable ties. When most of the positive notes are coming from the sources I already don't trust, well, red flag number two.

{ Microsoft Corporation is sponsoring the illiteracy initiative that will decapitate real learning and news literacy by regulating all information that’s searchable on every smart device in every middle school, high school, university, library, and educational organization in the nation, soon.}

If it isn't already bad enough in these institutions, the establishment is in full mode towards making it worse. The above from [newsguardwatch.com]

As is {Mainstream media and fake news organization kings, like CNN, New York Times, Boston Globe, Politico, Forbes.com, and Washington Post, all tried their best to manipulate the narrative for Hillary Clinton’s camp so they could rob America’s POTUS election, and since then they’ve been trying so hard for the past two years to spread the fake news narratives of Russia-Trump collusion, climate change, vaccine safety, and scary GMO “technology” all to no avail. So, now, they want to go global with a news filter that will label every intelligent news source as discredited. Get ready.}

Then as I read further into the article it backs up the concerns I've already began to have and adds more insight mentioning the one name that already gave me a red flag. {This would include the wife-beating, character assassin Jon Entine (who got fired from Forbes after Natural News exposed him), L. Gordon Crovitz (another AEI, Wall Street, Leftist war hawk) who’s the editor and contributor to books published by the Monsanto-front-group called American Enterprise Institute, Tom Ridge (W. Bush’s crook for Homeland Security), along with power-hungry ex-CIA and ex-NSA hucksters, who now join the NG fake news oligarchy “tech” team.}

Here [en.wikipedia.org] statess WikiLeaks who has never had to retract a story or their been called on false information is labels as unreliable!?! Seriously!?! That speaks volumes! And brings me cause to stop my search on them any further!

Personally, I don't need anyone or anything to label my news sources. I've been following the political realm of news long enough to know how to use the sources I use. Which sites are the most reliable and the one's to beware of by certain journalist with multiple writers and or journalist on certain sites. The key to unlock factual information is knowing the history of our government, which journalist you know that have experience and access to declassified information over the decades in which they use for factual reporting, learn, know and collect your most trusted journalist and keep track of their work. If you know enough history and have a good group of alternative journalist to follow you're on a good path.

Your first mistake is in thinking MSM isn't wrong. They are the major player of fake news being owned by the very 6 billionaires of the ruling class who dictate what their slaves can put out. And what they put out is a delusional reality of what they want you to believe the world is for the benefit of their employers. They are well paid for it and have no shame in shaming the public to do it.

@William_Mary Perhaps I could have said MSM isn't completely wrong.

You make some good points. NewGuards' full report on Wikileaks admits no factual errors, but their claims of 'harm' give no factual basis.

Aside from "knowing the history of our government" (plenty of US citizens have trouble with any history/geography) you have given not-much alternative(s) for-the-masses (has anyone?). If 40% or more folks are getting their news from Facebook (I think it's fair to say FB wants that), some kind of journalistic rating is needed.

@William_Mary I have yet to see a good/widespread defense against deepfakes -- hopefully better than China :

[reuters.com]

@FearlessFly in my group here on the welcome page I provide a list of sources that cover about every aspect of our society towards understanding our politics and the world in a different light. Towards the bottom of this page above the videos is enough resources to give anyone a start in seeing a completely different view of the world and a more factual news base. [agnostic.com]

The hardest part of these sources for some people are those so engulfed in the establishment rhetoric when it comes to my RT America links. But these links provide sources and information that our main stream media will not cover under the facade of it being a Russian government entity. The Americans on these programs have been provided a place to get better news out to us that no MSM will allow in public. I challenge anyone to use them and attempt to provide a debate of substance against the factual information on them or any of those on the list. This list is my most trusted sources.

Rating is needed? An ignorant population is easy for conditioning. Victim to perception management and a manipulated narrative. Our present society has been purposely created to take time from us to properly educate ourselves to the realistic happenings at home and around the globe. Social media and the cell phone everyone is addicted to are tools they use against us to that nature. Most people aren't going to take the proper time to put into finding real news, and any algorithm created for such is going to be just another tool used against us.

Why I might say this? Where and who is going to provide them? It will be the very tech companies and media floor mates already in control working against us. Under direction of the government and billionaires who own the government. If you put together the sources as I described above, they will in turn direct you to the false narratives within their work quite often to compare with their work. Often providing links and information they use to their own narratives. We can not rely on the ruling class to do our wok for us! We must unite as the working class and educate each other. One person at a time, filters down the line.

@FearlessFly yes, deep fake is going to be a real concern! It's going to make it hard on us to get people out of the illusion they're already in. Time is rather imperative to turn as many as possible before that technology is in full scale mode!

Where is the evidence that we (collectively) had "LOGIC & OBJECTIVITY" ?

But is this the first time America is facing challenges? Has it not emerged from serious challenges before in its history and come out shining and better than before?

What's better? This video brings me to tears every time I view it. And I can argue some points he brings up also. And since this video/ movie, we have fallen, been dragged a lot further down the rabbit hole.

@William_Mary
I will watch it soon.

This happened because other small countries woke up and managed progress fast. The U.S. is a large nation, it cannot move quickly. But the hopeful and the American spirit thing in here is that we are aware of it. We will rise again. Compare this with over 100 nations in the world with great and prosperous civilizations in the history such as Sumerian, Babylonian, Indus... they are in tatters. Pets in homes in the Western world are living better than many humans in those nations. Being aware and doing something can change things but being lost in the false pride cannot. I do not think we are lost in false pride. We know it and rigorous debates on it are underway.

@St-Sinner our pride is in the wrong places! We've lost our innovation! We worship and glorify the wrong things and the wrong people! To many have been conditioned by the media to be such!

@William_Mary I agree with that. We are celebrating wrong heroes. There are many and people pick and choose calling people wrong heroes according to their preferences. I argue that Hillary was one in 2016. Will you agree?

@St-Sinner Hillary as a hero? Hell no! She at one point falsely made herself one though.

@William_Mary Phew. We agree. I am going to take you seriously. 🙂

@St-Sinner I don't think you and I are to far off. We just don't end our lines the same at times. Slightly seeing some things a bit different.

@William_Mary Yes right. I was an ultra progressive 25 years ago and I am now a moderate, Going far left or far right is not my taste. It turns me off. I like things on both sides of the spectrum and I like candidates on both sides. I never vote on party lines. No one can deny what is good and I believe good will win but I push back against arguments that make people and issues what they are really are not - not good in my opinion. Trump is not good and many Democratic candidates are not either.
