As a baby boomer I have taken some pleasure in reading that young people, Millennials, are increasingly non religious or apathetic about religion. On the other hand, I despair that many, not all, are apathetic about everything except social media, their damn iPhones, and whatever identity group they belong to, and the grievance they have over it. On the other, other, hand, I despair of baby boomers who are becoming increasingly right wing, self-ish, pro-autocratic, anti-modernist, regressive and closed minded. So, all in all its a depressing time.
