Time to dismantle neo liberalism?
I’m really posting on the dismantling of social improvements. I googled the meaning of neoliberalism and it’s a tenuous connection toon to my thinking.

I think neoliberalism will defeat itself. It will increase wealth inequality to preposterous levels and when the next big economic bust occurs, the outrage of the people will be uncontrollable.

A start is to buy local and not knowingly give time or resources to global concerns. You can buy veg from the local farmers market, milk and eggs at the farm gate, make your own bread or buy from a local co-op.

Unless people do this, they are not serious about countering globalisation and anti-neoliberlaism. They just want to roam around with placards and shout nonsensical slogans.

@GMDSK But that won't happen. Institutions have too much invested in trans-national interests. They need groundswell impetus. And that means those with placards supporting their local economy, so much so that trans-nationals no longer have a worthwhile economic stake in a community.
