Diego, indeed appears to have saved his species. There's a video in the article, set to Barry White, that's so funny. I wanted to link it here, but found others, that are as funny, if not funnier. Apparently Diego has really made a name for himself. From sex-starved to lothario, Diego and his sex drive are a global sensation.

We have Aldabra tortoises at the zoo where I do Education and I'm sorry they didn't get a sound track of Diego when he's fully ''engaged." They actually ROAR! Hot stuff! Good for Diego! Sadly, with rising tides submerging so many islands, these animals may very well have to be relocated. Just another problem of the climate change "HOAX."
