Okay, kids. If you actually CARE about what's happening,
now is the time to call your state's Senators and tell them.
Most especially the republican senators.
Let them know you want them to uphold their oaths.
Let them know that if they do get to vote on allowing witnesses, make sure the word "RELEVANT" is key.
The Bidens are not relevant witnesses.
It has never been about anything either of them may have done. EVER. That's just what 45 and his minions used as an excuse for his malfeasance, and it's just what 45 and his "defense team" want everyone to think.
It's just more "look over there at them!!!!" bullshit, and "don't look at what we're doing over here".

I just called David Perdue's and Kelly Loeffler's senate offices and actually spoke to a real human in both.
Just me calling doesn't do much, BUT, if a lot of us call,
maybe they'll start paying attention.
Maybe.

The republicans need to understand that they must put their country before McConnell, 45, and their party.
They have to stop being so afraid of 45 and McConnell.
Their constituents are going to remember what they do.
Not everyone is a republican, and they're going to have opponents in November.
It's not going to be JUST about getting rid of 45.

I know I rant, A LOT, but it's about ALL of us.
We all need to make our voices heard.
Otherwise, all we're doing is just bitching and not actually
DOING anything.
If that's the case, it's just "thoughts and prayers", and we all
know just how effective that bullshit is.

I got to call my Senators from two states, KS and NV, before and after changing my voter registration. Excellent timing, eh? You go ahead and rant.

My senators are Schumer and Gillibrand. I'm telling friends in Ohio and other states to call their senators.

Both my federal senators are women Democrats (Patty Murray and Maria Cantwell). The state legislators are also democrats. Who should I call (but not ghost busters).

Let them know they have your support in standing up to the republicans.
Every voice counts.
Even if it's likely you can count on them to vote for conviction and removal, they need to know they have the support at home.

@freeofgod If I did he (his staff) would not listen and my blood pressure would rise just talking to a Republican lackey.

I call 'em all the time and and ask them to also try and cross the aisle and try to inflence their gop colleagues to uphold their oath.

@silverotter11 Unfortunately, that's sometimes something they often have to try and do. In the Seattle Times there is a section on how your legislators voted. I do often see both sides coming together on an issue but still there is a lot of partisan votes.

I really hope that the good people of Kentucky are flooding his offices with calls and emails.
Polls mean next to nothing. His "numbers" are irrelevant.
People need to be making their voices heard NOW, and not waiting until November.

@KKGator I hope so too. I posted his numbers yesterday. At one time they were answering the phone in DC. When someone said they could not get thru I posted all his numbers.

@freeofgod I've called his offices, and when I could actually speak to a human, they let me know that since I wasn't a resident of Kentucky, my opinion really meant nothing to them, or him.
