What's your all time favourite animation of all time? Have you got a favourite scene you can show us? I loved Dr Katz Professional Therapist. Possibly because Katz was exactly like the psychiatrist I was seeing at the time. Also loved the famous guests. But best of all was Laura. (super cheerful customer service can be nauseous and Laura was complete opposite)

"Allegro Non Troppo"

Conan the Detective, with thousand plus episodes and 24 movies plus specials, it has enough material to keep you nerdy for a lifetime... and it stays original.

Difficult to choose a favorite. More than these to choose too!

that Mr Peabody has class.😉

@MsDemeanour
I always liked Mr. Peabody's class more than actual class. That Peabody considered not being a person 'an excellent recommendation' was admirably selfless.

I was a big fan of Monkey Dust, a British animated sketch show which was very dark. Unfortunately, I was one of the few that liked it (perhaps unsurprisingly, because it really was very dark indeed - one recurring sketch featured a recently divorced man who, after spending time with his son and discovering that "mum's new friend" was a better father than he could ever be, committed suicide) and it didn't last long.

I'm going to have to check this out. Sounds like my kind of humour

@MsDemeanour Then you might also like JAM - not animated, but even darker.

@Jnei oh boy.........Jam is something else altogether! lol. I referred it to my son. I'll be watching some more.
Monkey Dust is brilliant.

Dr. Katz was the best. When did it end? Late 90’s?

Watamote!
THE best portrayal of of social anxiety syndrome ever put on film and a kick ass theme tune.

jesus , I never had you down as a screamo fan Len.

@MsDemeanour I'm a music fan, I have written and listened to everything from classical, to country, from ballads to thrash metal, my tastes are eclectic but my standards are (I hope) high.

@LenHazell53 I should know better than to stereotype. I am a big Hilltop Hoods and Bliss N Eso fan (especially during exercise or housework). I still vote on the Triple J top 100. I'm not keen on boppy music that irritates the hell out of me after 3 hearings and nor have I been able to abide country music. But then I love Aust, Irish folk and the blues. I have little interest in hearing songs that I grew up with. I was over them back in the day and like to explore new stuff (and very very old stuff). Anything with a violin and I'm happy. So much wonderful music out there, I just wish I never had to hear another abba song as long as I live.
