I believe it is a myth. The density of population in certain areas is a concern. There is a plenty of uninhabited land on this Earth. Drive out any metro, or town in any country and you will see plain grounds, or pastures under nice blue skies often with no people. Maybe a cow or a pig or two but no humans. It is true even in China an India. The two most populated lands. I have not visited China yet but have driven all over India. As soon as you leave a city, within 50 miles, it is all baron land with nobody in sight. All open land.

We definitely need better planning on housing infrastructures

@AmmaRE007 People who own real estate have a vested interest in keeping real estate prices high and no interest in affordablity.

@dare2dream But the urbanization of the 1940s to yesterday caused it. Many of us wanted to work in shiny buildings downtown with a suit and a tie with comprehenive coverage. I am really hoping that the the remote working and affordable emplyer-free healthcare of tomorrow will dismantle the grip of payroll and urbanization.
