Do any atheist out there support Trump? It's been my experience that the logical minded also see through him and are just as baffled by his BS as they are by believers. Is this true in anyone else's experience? Is this a real correlation?

This seems like an attempt to purge conservative atheists off of this site...

I joined the site to chat with other Agnostics, not get into political debates. After all, it's ''agnostic.com'' ,,, not ''agnosticliberaldemocrats.com'' .. There was no prerequisit stated when I signed up that you had to be a liberal democrat to join.. Why is it that so many here feel this is just for liberals, and all others are not welcome, or they're required to not voice any politicly opposing views? If you don't see how bigotted that is, you're the one with the problem.

Bravo brother, well stated!

I support Trump in his view of putting America first (mainly because that's the job of national leaders, it's just that most western leaders don't put their people ahead of others).

But his wall idea is kind of a waste of money. Like seriously, mexicans have been digging drug tunnels in the past. They'll just use those. Or they'll just stow away in vehicles at chekpoints or ships crossing over.

Most of what Trump says is worth thinking about but some is just nonsense. But the USA chose him for his honesty and integrity. So lets just see how far he goes.

His honesty and integrity? Seriously?

@Jearbear
Let's be honest here. There's no single career politician who hasn't done some bad shit to get into office.

But a man who didn't want to become a politician but did it anyway. I already trust him more than the regular politicians.

It shows he's a man who can get things done. The government is by its very nature an inefficient system. Business people in companies have to make a profit. So they have to optimise their organisation to produce a positive benefit in the form of profit. Hence why having a businessman in government is a good thing.

Now I know we can all say Hillary was a bad choice, we can also say Trump wasn't the best. But he's done a good job so far. Much better than Obama.

@Lancer
It baffles me how anyone can think Trump is near the president Obama was. Obama actually worked hard at the job, and was a respectable representative of the US. Trump is a buffoon who won't do the job. Uses nepotism and bully tactics to steal money from taxpayers and funnel it into his businesses, fires anyone who disagrees with him and is an embarrassment to the whole country.

@Lancer a businessman who was corrupt from the very beginning. A businessman who bankrupted all of his companies. yeah he sounds like a perfect one to run our country, but too bad the government isn't a business.

@Eazyduzzit
That's not what I've seen. Trump could've ran for president long ago, but he held back because he didn't think he was good enough. But after seeing that antagonizing monkey Obama insult him on live TV to boost his own ego. Trump decided that if an immature child could be president then there was no intelligence requirement.

Don't think Obama wasn't a bully or an embarrassment to your country. He was as far as I could see. He made a failed health system, allowed ISIS to rise up (Mainly the Iraqi's fault for being weak but the Americans trained them). His administration was weak.

Also did you ever stop to think that Trump fired people because they weren't suitable for their job? Maybe because they were only put there because of someone they knew?

Trump literally brought peace to the Korean Peninsula. That's a really big achievement. What'd Obama do?

@Eazyduzzit, @Kojaksmom
I never said he was perfect. Perfection is an unattainable ideal that nobody can ever reach.

I said he was the most suitable for the job. Also using your logic you could think for all of 2 seconds and go. So this guy has gone through bankruptcy several times, the US government is basically in economic catastrophe. Maybe he can use his knowledge of the mistakes he made to alleviate the current situation.

One problem is that many leaders have NOT led the government like a business. Because the government doesn't need to make a profit to survive. They just tax the working people more and more. Giving away free money to the lowest of the low who do nothing for society.

@Lancer I can understand how you could be a Conservative Republican you must be very very rich. Your hatred of the poor is pretty much so unparalleled. You're probably violently against a living wage, and your violently against social programs to help the Working Poor.

@Kojaksmom BANKRUPTED ALL OF HIS COMPANIES... and yet he's a multi-billionaire.. Do you not see the problem with that statement? This is why his supporters sth when folks like you spew that ignorant crap. lt's like you don't even think about what you are saying when you're typing it out.. pfffft...

@Kojaksmom
I’m middle class and I save as much money as possible by buying cheap clothes, reduced price food and generally restricting my purchases. I’m half Asian, it’s not in my nature to spend copious quantities of money.

My parents both came from the lower classes and worked their way to the top. As their child I will not abuse their money or their trust in me and I will ensure that my children will have the same respect for money.

@Kojaksmom, @Captain_Feelgood
You can’t really say that now since Trump has achieved so many things. He’s really putting not just America first but also reaching out to other nations in a non traditional way and doing it peacefully I might add. I can’t say the same for warlord Obama.

All good Americans should support their president - the liberals are a bunch of whiny babies that refuse to acknowledge all of the great things Trump is is doing for America

gater Level 7 Mar 30, 2018

Im not American... Say that first... But disagree with what you just said very much. Blind faith and support is a dangerous thing, and very un-American.. At least i assumed. Your declaration of independence states very clearly
...when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government..."

Just curious.. From an outsiders perspective..it appears he's doing a lot of bad stuff.. To the environment, LGBT rights, immigrants, health care etc.. What are these good things you speak of? Genuinely curious.

@Jearbear Tax cuts, deregulation, fair trade deals, billions coming back into America, 3 million new jobs, record low unemployment, record high stock market - All of this in just over a year, he's business genius, and he's fixing this country. And all he gets is shit from the left.

You conservatives were all so pleasant and respectful when obama was president . Right? Lol

Having Blind Faith in the president is the reason why you conservative atheist are such a minority here. Most conservatives do have Blind Faith in the president and also God and the Bible. The overwhelming majority of the Republicans and conservatives agree that that's what makes a good American

@Kojaksmom We gave Obama respect because he was president - one of the worst in history. Trump gets no respect from the left - even with a booming economy and with World peace on the horizon

@gater you've got to be joking, and you must be very very rich

I have seen a couple of Trump supporters but just ignore them like I do in my day to day.

I think there's definitely a negative between logic and support for Trump
