Believers always think agnostics and atheists must be five stars scientists in order to trust their judgements and criticism to religions.
That's the most idiotic thought ever, reading the Quran and the bible is enough to know that religions are simply man made laws. You just need to free yourself of the holiness the text itself tells it enjoys.

Its just a "man" made load of bullshit for the sheep to follow blindly rather than think. it's not an accident that the only creature that can learn to read easily and verbally is the only believer amongst millions if not billions of different creatures.

Because critique exposes flaws. Holy books are methods of political control while scientific articles are methods of inquiry. Flaws in control make it less effective. Flaws in inquiry open new questions.
I have never heard of any physicist who holds the views that were held in the 19th Century.
They don't read, don't watch news (except Fox News), don't think, resist all change. Yet studies show that what motivates ALL conservatives is FEAR.
In an experiment, half the people in the study were given relaxation sessions that reduced fear through imagining peaceful, good futures. The control groups didn't receive fear reduction sessions, and afterward, the ones who had their fear reduced answered questions on a survey the same as liberals did. Without any indoctrination AT ALL.

I come from the same background, which I have abandoned a long time ago. Now I'm 40, its been 20 years.
My fish are none believers and they don't know what a scientist is.
