This statement needs to be pounded into their brains constantly: "Treating people equally is not an affront to your religious beliefs." It is the only way to counteract their intense, lying propaganda that their actions are righteous.

@Lorajay not "aggressive" to me, but hectoring, which is entirely different!
If Biden is nominated, Trump will win and progressives will have to hope our democracy survives and we can support AOC for prez in four years. Whether she sells out and endorses Biden or not now, I think Warren's time will be past in four years should she be thinking of running again then. No way she would gain traction against AOC in a primary campaign.

Sadly, she'll still be too young in 4 years to qualify for a presidential run.
When she does become president eventually, I hope Hillary and Klobuchar, Kamala and now Liz are all around to see a true progressive win.

@Athena I don't think we can afford to wait until 2028. Our so-called democracy will be gone by then. We are probably doomed then.
Don't lose hope. Even under the most dire circumstances in the past, the world has gone on and we're all still here.
Have you thought of moving out of the US?
@Athena No, I need to stay where my friends are and the food is familiar and enjoyable. I will die here, probably preceded by a lot of despair and unhappiness about how things keep getting worse with the country and the society.
Remember there are people in the world who have literally almost nothing and are happier than we are in the western world.
