I would have preferred to see Bernie Sanders win the nomination for the democratic party, but it is what it is; Biden - an insider politician. Also, with the explosion of racist rhetoric as culture, and, with the appearance that Trump gave everyone $1000 (while his friends and relatives profited from the virus), it is a certainty that Trump will win in 2020. As for me, I will be creating a community of like-minded friends under the banner of Microdacism. In simple terms: Peace, Love, Harmony, Sharing, lots of intimacy, Justice and all the other virtues that we know instinctively to be correct. NO Racism or hate.
I agree with @Omnedon, prior to this health crisis and resulting loss of life, leading to an economic meltdown and what seems certain to be an impending recession, I saw Trump as a shoe in. Even under the most optimistic scenario of a turnaround in the third quarter (Jul-Sep), unemployment may remain high in November, allowing the Democratic nominee to ask the simple question, 'Are you better off today than you were four years ago?'
